How do people relate to one another, to technology, and to one another through technology? How do users of digital tools actually behave? What does an experience look like over time? What people, objects, and systems support that experience? Interaction designers often think about these questions as they create digital products and services. This session will provide tools and frameworks from the world of design to help you develop empathetic, integrated learning experiences that are founded on learners’ needs and grounded in empathy.
